Excavations:

“Tight Sites R Us” is the excavating arm of S & V Improvements.

We saw the need to offer this service to our builders and clients,

We have in our fleet a mini excavator 1.8 tonne a mini bobcat; these machines allow use to access narrow building sites and to drive through garages where height and width are an issue.

Both machines dig well and both pier holes.

Our 3 tonne Tipper enables us to remove soil off site if required, and deliver bulk material for backfilling retaining walls.
